"HEART", the vital and most essential part and organ of our body. Its the busiest of all, working 24*7 all our life and has the most important and crucial role to play .

Anatomically it is described as a pump like organ of blood circulation, composed mainly of rhythmically contractile smooth muscle, located in the chest between the lungs and slightly to the left and consisting of four chambers.

Heart Care

In this modern lifestyle, HEART the most essential and core part has been taken for granted and its health has been ignored. Heart needs a lot of care. Heart is very much required to fulfill various bodily needs by pumping blood in the body by which every organ of the body gets its nourishment. It is a vital organ of the body and any minor disturbance in the heart may lead to the various complications or even death.

Males are more prone to heart related problems as compared to females.


Due to many reasons the functioning of the heart is affected :

  • The walls of the arteries in the heart become thick and stiff because of the build up fatty deposits. The fatty deposits are called plaques. When this happens, the flow of blood is restricted - known as coronary artery disease OR Atherosclerosis .

  • when the heart’s supply of blood is stopped -A heart attack (myocardial infarction) occurs .

  • When the heart muscles get infected/spastic - cardiomyopathy.

  • Due to the bacterial attack and the infection caused by them leads to the inflammatory diseases.


  • Hypertension - Blood pressure is one of the leading cause of heart problems.

  • Deficiency of vitamin B

  • Over weight or obesity

  • Blood clot formation which is also known as thrombosis.

  • Hardening of blood vessels- Due to Ageing, Stress, Smoking, Pollution.

  • Leading sedentary life style.

  • Abnormal cholesterol metabolism.
